windows iis7.5 iis8.0 的wordpress 的伪静态web.config配置

很多用 wordpress 做站的朋友都会遇到一个问题，就是不知道windows用什么静态规则， 在 wordpress 根目录，将以下内容保存为 web.config 文件。
